Lock72 provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to lock installation, repair, replacement, rekeying, and emergency lockout assistance throughout the Toronto & GTA area.

3. Service Hours & Availability

Our office hours are Sunday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday Closed. We provide 24/7 emergency locksmith service. Response times may vary based on location and demand.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

5. Warranty

We guarantee all workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and hardware installed.

6. Liability

Lock72 is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with locks or doors.

7. Cancellation Policy

Service calls may be cancelled without charge if done at least 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. Late cancellations may incur a service call fee.
